Have you looked at the brass plaque of the Museum's Donors outside in the lobby? It mentions Prudence Rutherford - that might be your conversation trigger.

Make sure that you've also read the magazine on the table in Joanna's office, which has an article about Prudence.

I did all that. I finally got through to her waaaaay at the end of the game.

Glad you got to get hold of Prudence.
