I can't find the gazebo. Any idea where it is?

Hi escakacs,

Have you managed to find the garage yet? If so:
With the garage on your left, go forward once toward the trees in the distance; in other words, don’t stay on the sidewalk. At this point, you are standing behind the garage. Turn right, then go forward toward the path in the distance, until your progress is blocked by weeds. (You'll need to eliminate the weeds here, hope you've got something in your inventory that will help you.) Go forward and you’ll come to a Gazebo.

luck

I found the weeds! Now how does one tune the radio. I press the right hand button and hold it down. It moves, but when I release the mouse key, it goes back to its original position!

Are you tuning it to the correct channel?

That's the problem. I can't get it to go anywhere.************
Is the needle actually supposed to move to the station or is there a just a change in music?

If it moves, that's a start at any rate. grin Can you get it to channel 75?

Edit: Just saw your addition. I haven't played the game, so can't tell you. frown I'm looking at the walkthrough and making inspired guesses!

The dial kind of moves. One needle stays at 62 while a second needle appears and moves. This all occurs when I have the mouse button depressed. You can hear a change in stations. When I release the mouse button, the dial or needle returns to 62!

Another thought - have you tried exiting the room, realising then that you can't, so need another way of moving around? That might be the trigger for the radio. If you can get that second needle to move to channel 75, try releasing the mouse button at that point and see if that gets you anywhere.

I'm at the end game. I enter the type in the password and wait and wait and wait for the display to come up. Any idea how long the wait is? Sometimes though the Skeleton Projector stops working, whatever that is, and I have to start over. I really would like to finish the game. any ideas?

We'll have to wait for someone who's played the game and remembers this part, escakacs. I wonder if the password is case sensitive? Are you entering it in all lower case?

The walkthrough says it's not! I think I'll give all uppercase a shot though!

I tried that. No difference. When i type in the password, nothing appears on the screen; so I don't know if it's been accepted or not. There are flashing red, blue and white target looking things, but the display that I'm supposed to use never shows up. I've waited over five minutes or so. hardwall

Would it be appropriate to check in glitches?

This is what the Balmoral walkthrough states:

On your return to consciousness, get up off the floor and zoom in on the computer to your right. Click on its screen to bring up the password prompt.
Type in the word WISDOM (all upper-case or all lower-case) and wait for the system to bring up the Fragment Stabilization display. Click on the "remove constraints" and "apply positional bias" boxes.

That's the walkthrough I'm using. I sit and wait or crash. The typed in password doesn't show up on screen.

Yup! I waited 15 minutes for the display and then 20. I tjust flashed red, blue and white targets that looked like they'd been shot at and hit. One can pretty well figure out what happens. the part I was really interested in, I got through. I just hate to quit a game before it's finished.********************************
I checked all kinds of walkthrough and they all say basically the same thing. A couple say turn the computer on and then type the password in. Is touching the screen supposed to be turning it on or is there a switch that I'm missing somewhere?
