Can anyone help me I have played episode 2 a total of 4 times but everytime I get to the end and are telling the suspect chef what the evidence is againest him I can not get it to finish the green bar across. I have asked the underlined questions and have only 2 items from inventory to click on him. The game will check off the first item but the Apron it will not check off nor will it let me ask anything else about it besides stating that the one stain is the anti-freeze and thats all but any thing else I click on will just keep making the suspect mad until I have to do it again! This game is one of the worst games I have ever played but I spent good money on it and would at least like to finish it. If someone has a saved game that will get me on to the 3rd episode I would take that also. Thanks

My memory is failing me know, but I think there are 2 different stains on the apron, one is anti-freeze and another is something else. Have you examined the second stain? If not - you won't get a question.

Watch your reputation bar when you ask questions. Some questions make your reputation go down so you know you asked an incorrect question.

I will see is I can find the saves and send it to you just in case.

EDIT: I believe I found what is the saves. I sent you all od them for all the cases. If you need help installing, please ask in the Hints forum, because I am totally inept at it. You need two saves for each one that is why I sent more than one case 2, case 3 etc.

EDIT2 - I have tried multiple ways to zip and even broke apart in multiple emails and the files are too large to send. Sorry. I tried all 3 of my email addresses, it isn't happening. sad

Thank you for trying to send a saved game Ana. I will go through the episode again and see if it will let me check the apron in the lab for a second stain maybe that is where I keep messing up.
Thank you for the suggestion.
Thank the rest of you also.

Okay I just went through the 2nd episode again and after I find the apron in the cabinet, the game automaticly takes me to the lab once there it has me separate the little germ things again and tells me that it is anti freeze then goes right on to tell me the other stain matches the food that was served and takes me to the interveiw with the suspect again but will not let me ask or make a statement about the antifreeze stain only every time that I click on the food stains the mad bar drops until I have to start the interveiw again. Does anyone have any more suggestions? I will check back in a day or two. Thanks again.
Dotty

I replayed the 2nd episode yesterday. This is how I did it at the final interview: 1. clicked the apron on the suspect; 2. in the apron window clicked on the dark spot on the left side of the apron - got the first comment, the apron went back down. 3. clicked the apron on the suspect, in the apron window clicked on the reddish spot - got the second comment and the end of the episode. I don't know if it makes the difference, but I played this way the both times.

I want to thank you all for your help with this game but nothing seemed to work so I tried to uninstall and reinstall but the game will not even reinstall now. So I pitched it because Ubisoft wasn't able to help me either which is pretty bad. LOL Once again thank you all.

I had the same problem with this ridiculous game. Every question was asked, everything checked off except that stupid apron. I finally got through it, in the end I think the order was: first I asked all the questions, then I dragged the apron on him and clicked on the dark spot, then I dragged the other item on him, then I tried to drag the apron again, but my fingers slipped on my touchpad and instead of dragging the apron, it ended up I just clicked once on the apron, then moved the cursor over to the guy and clicked again. That finished the interview and the case. Don't know why it worked but it did. Hope that helps someone.
