I am on the big ship and have gotten rid of the monkeys. I would like to know how I get the gun to shoot the big pipe thingy. I've tried everything. I'm assuming that I need to click up the far right lever to make the wheels turnable. Then when the turret is aimed at the highest left-handed point I click the far right lever down to hold the turret in place and play around with the 2 levers on the left hand side but nothing happens.

I've clicked everywhere at least a dozen times all over the ship and still the gun won't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't played the DS version, we'll have to wait for help from someone who's familiar with this section of the game.

on the ship im in the cannon and i dont know what to aim at, or how to fire the two switches on the left of the steering wheels im not sure what position they should be in.

you have to have it all the way down then point it at the vent and then fire it, its a weird angle
