Can you help me please,I don't know how to save game,I can't find options "save game",does anyone know?

The manual states: Top Menu is found at the top of the screen and is activated when you move the mouse cursor over the dark top strip. The Main Menu tab in Top Menu allows you to move to the Main Menu. To save the current progress, select Save Game and click on an empty slot.
