There doesn't appear to be but I am not noticing a lot of profanity. I will play for a while and post again.

Just finished "Diamonds in the rough" not sure what to play next probably the latest Simon. I only play one at a time as I get confused.

Ok...Boomers... I put aside Vampyre to play Simon 3D...I can't believe how much I am interested in this game over a newer game..

Finally found the courage to play Dead Reefs again, this time on my laptop with Vista instead of my desktop with XP. I haven't encountered any of those terrible bugs I had back then, so fingers crossed... I've now been able to open all doors and have continued past the point where the game kept crashing and hanging my desktop... Quit this game again, after I managed to navigate through a forest-maze and found a ship, I got killed before I got the chance to exolore. Hate it when that happens. Don't want to go through the maze again... will start up another game and perhaps go back some time, but not very soon.
I'll be back, one day, when I feel like it.

I'm about to install the final game to play in the 5 game volume 1: "Adventure Collection" BTW, has anyone heard of a Volume 2 coming out? This was an excellent value for $19.95.( Dead Reefs, Mysterious Island,Keepsake,Nibiru, and Tunguska) and I hadn't bought any of them yet. I just finished Mysterious Island and Nibiru and am about to start Keepsake. I only play one game at a time-If I get involved in two or more I lose focus and don't enjoy them as much.
People do not remember how much you know, only how you make them feel finished Gray Matter, playing Alice Madness returns and Deponia

I am playing Rhiannon. I'm just past the beginning - but still kinda wandering about the house and yard and wondering what I am looking for.

Right now I'm on chapter 3 of Simon the Sorcerer 3D! After my Monkey Island series replay, which started 5 days ago - I decided to give more of the old keyboard controlled games a whirl. So after Monkey Island 4(Escape from Monkey island), I've just finished Grim Fandango and now Simon 3.

Capricorn, I know what you mean, those screen transitions drove me crazy too. Stick with it if you can, it's a fun game. I've had A Vampyre Story installed on my PC for a week now without starting it up. Will take a look at it later today, I think.
