Am just before level 3 - have to connect objects - only have one suspect and one victim - not sure I know what I'm doing. http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k198/gameperson/Connectingobjectspg.jpg

I ended up at the deductions board again and found another link -I now have 4 links - they don't all stay lit at the same time. How do I get out of the deductions board to get back to the game? Don't know why I end up at the deductions board. Thinking of starting the game over again I'm not really good at these casual games yet.

I started the game over again. Playing "Play Adventure Mode" I'm in the garden at Mrs. Pittiecot house. I got the page book from the closed glass cabinet. When I click it on the puzzle piece I don't get a decoder to come with it on the screen EDIT - finally figured it out

I'm in Lindon Hall at the Grid Puzzle. Is this puzzle a random puzzle? I'm not getting anywhere using the illustration used by MaG in her WT. This is the grid I have to fill out http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k198/gameperson/Mygrid.jpgThanks RAL

That's my favorite puzzle! You keep pulling them and uncrossing so that none of the lines cross. It changes color when it's not crossing any other line. Just keep stretching them out away from others and eventually you will have them all.

Not my idea of fun. And there's no option to skip the puzzle. You care to do your favorite puzzle over again? Can I send you my last save? RAL

I'm putting this game on the back burner for now. Can't take it anymore. When I want to untangle spaghetti I run it under mild warm water. Too bad there isn't a water faucet to do the same to the pins and threads. Hope to be back before the year 2010. RAL

I went back to a saved game so as to play games that I had skipped. I'm now at the red box and have to enter a code. Do I need all 10 numbers in order to open the the box? And is there any logic to the order of the numbers?

You have to get them 1-10 on the middle row in order. They have to always remain in order on any other row up or down in order while you are setting them up to be placed in the middle row. For diagrams and help, MaG has screenshots in her walkthrough here. Ana

Too many random puzzles in this game for my liking. Just got to the pipe puzzle and once again I don't have on my screen what MaG and Margie have in their WTs. Their photos are idententical. I'm missing 2 elbow pipes at the bottom of my screen. http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k198/gameperson/pipes.jpgIf all Casual games have these random puzzles what's the point of those great walkthroughs? The WTs and fellow boomers can't help when one is stuck because no one gets the same puzzle. So someone tell me, do all Casual games have random puzzles one after another? If so I'm not wasting anymore money on them. I have one free game coming to me and think I'll try Robinson Crusoe. RAL

RAL, The thrill for me is gettiing through the games and solving the puzzles. Many of the games have random puzzles and skips are being incorporated in games more and more for those that are truly stuck. The randomness allows for a greater replayability of the games. I believe the guides are designed as a Tips and Tricks more than a walkthrough although many of them can guide you through every step of the way. Saved games are also not available for these games with the exception of this one. If you find it frustrating and no longer fun then it defeats the purpose of gaming. Sorry you are not enjoying them as much as I. Ana

Hi Ana Did you take a look at my screenshot. I don't seem to have all the right pipes to connect the bottom left exit. RAL
