I loved the monkey Island games, they were incredible. I found Jack Keane paled in comparison with way too much dialogue and it just seem to drag on and on and on. Ana

I had the complete opposite experience. I loved it and felt right at home with this game Of course I love dialogs - and a long game, that's not over in a few hours. A game I can take my time with and look forward to many hours with our hero.

I have been told that this game compares to the Monkey Island series which I loved. It was obviously inspired by the Monkey Island games. Since I liked Monkey Island so much do you think I would like Jack Keene? Maybe. Opinions differ. The only way to know if you'd like it is to play it yourself. It's not terribly expensive -- only $19.95 at Interact.

I played and very much enjoyed Jack Keane and I still play and very much enjoy the Monkey Island games In my opinion Jack Keane is not in the same league as a Monkey Island - certainly not the first two of the series, anyway - but it IS a very nicely made and "fun" adventure game all the same I recommend it

Hi gremlin Players will always express different reactions to any given game and whatever their "own view" all opinions are naturally welcomed and respected - it's what makes the world go round However, whilst I thoroughly enjoyed Jack Keane and appreciated the humour of it, I personally didn't detect Ron Gilbert's particularly special brand of humour Cheers.
