Hi all you smart boomers out there ,i see there is no walkthrough for this game, is it that new?or did i not look at the right place ? didn't see it in the reveiws ,i was thinking of getting this game -but i don't know now.thinking of getting perry rodan= the immortals of terra.that has a walkthrough.any thoughts on this ? deleterman.

Darleen03 -- we have been seeing news on some forums that Lighthouse Interactive, the publisher, has gone into bankruptcy. That means that Dead Mountaineer's Hotel has probably been put on hold, though we don't know for sure yet.

This is very upsetting to me too . This is one I been waiting for, for a long time. It has been on preorder with Dave at interact for a long time. I hope they can get things work out. The game looks so good. I also notice on Interactcd that Art of Murder 2 the Hunt for the Puppeteer has move from the 17th of this month which has already past to the 24th. I also have that on preorder with interact.

Trinny, I feel your pain. I have them both on pre-order and was eagerly awaiting Dave's email to tell me that the Art of Murder had been shipped. I guess I will just have to keep my fingers crossed and hope that happens next week!

I too preordered this from Dave at InteractCD in August 2008 and I believe my credit card was billed at that time - but I trust Dave and expect he will refund me for this game if he never gets to ship them out.

I pre-ordered Dead Mountaineer Hotel from Interact, for some strange reason I used paypal instead of my credit card, and I was charged for the game (this was back in July of 2008) I have just canceled the order since there is no telling if the game will come out, so I did receive a refund.

I preordered from Play.com, it is now not available to order although they have kept my order details. They don't charge til they send out the game. I was really looking forward to this one .

That is such a shame! I too have pre-ordered back in September. I really hope it works out. Sounds like a great game we may miss. That's very sad to me.

It's still showing for sale on Amazon.ca for $14.99 CAN. It says not in stock. Still hoping.
