Does any of the mods here have a connection or contact to Lighthouse? I have been reading rumor that company operation is being suspended, pending solvency. This is very serious if this rumor is true, but I am unable to locate a reliable source (all hearsay) or a press release from the company to confirm this.

The company's website is still operational, and their forums are working.

Difficult to get information but if Lighthouse Interactive is the Dutch (Netherlands) one it seems that it has been bought or is going to be bought by a Canadian firm "Silver Birch"

I think the above is out of date it seems that "Silver Birch" has lost its funding. Its share price is very low and I am unable to access its web site.

They deal to buy them was in July 2008.
