hi, I just started the game and I'm stuck after I take pictures of body,take the doll on flr,collect cryrstals on face,close swinging window,take picteures of cross mark,and fingerprint,take fingerprint,remove plank,take picture of plank,picture of list of people renting room then I'm suppose to speak to the policeman but when I go to him he says nothing. can someone help me. thanks

Glad you made it through the tyre marking. To get the key from under the stove - have you taken the newspaper from the table in the main hall? Have you rolled it up tightly so that it will fit under the stove?

They are the gaps between the floor and the stove. I found the key in the gap at the far right side of the stove, but this part is random so you might not find it in the same place. Make sure to right-click this area also, Nicole may comment.
Just to check - did you attempt to enter the locked room upstairs, and have you spoken to Jack about the key?

I checked the two rms. upstairs and the were locked, I spoked to Jack but he didn't say anything about the the key. thanks
I found the slots but when I try to click on them nothing happens, please I need help. I don't know where to click. thanks

Try talking to Jack again, see if he'll mention the lost key. Otherwise, Nicole won't know that the key might be under the stove and so the game won't allow you to look there. Did you check both doors near the guard also?

stupid me I had the puzzle done and didn't realize there should be a missing piece because I had it in inventory all the time.
