Who knows how I do it in the proper way? At Bulls Head George looks at the gun of Khan, Khan wants to shoot him. George wants to die like a man and Khan wants to shake his hand before he shoot George. My question is, I have to take ( click) the buzzer, do I have to click only on the buzzer but not at Khan?
And after that do I have to click left on the ????, ledge, or where? I try now for more than 10 times but George still keep on dying.

As I remember it, as soon as Khan offers to shake hands, immediately take the buzzer from your inventory and click it on Khan. Then, before he recovers, straightaway click over the cliff so that George will see the truck and jump down to it.
