Hi Gwenda, Are the reagents still in the refrigerator? You need to put them into test tubes before you can use them. Pick up a test tube and click it on a reagent and place it in the rack, then repeat for the other reagent.

Gwenda, See that the reagents and the blood are in test tubes. Each of the tubes have pipettes. Then place reagents first on the plate. Then add the blood.

Did you use the enlarger on the vase and read the words on the rim?

I have returned to Budapest to find the prof dead on the floor. I have as far as I can see done everything including the vase. Yet another bad day! Sorry, Budapest day 5 .Gwenda
