Is anyone playing this game because I am having trouble figuring out where all the statues go in the work room. I know it has to do with the poem I found and I thought I had it right however, I must not because I am guessing if I did I would get a big pay off and so far nothing has happened yet.

Kem

nevermind I found a walkthrough on gamezebo. I guess I should have looked there before I posted. I also am sorry I posted the question in a wrong spot. I guess I thought becuase it was on Big Fish that it was a casual game and not a Adventure game. Sorry blush

I downloaded the demo this morning and halfway through the game the demo quit and will not go further. You can start over but it does the same thing. The only way to play the whole game is to purchase it. I'm going to see what other boomers say before I buy it.

Thanks for listening.

The Legend of Crystal Valley: I'm stuck at the sarcophagus. I know about the green dots and to turn the wheel to match. I just can't tell which ball goes in which row. If anyone knows where there is a picture to at least see the wheel and which dot goes where that would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

What I did was make a diagram of the "whats in the pot"
The furtherst away green dot is the last wheel and so on.

Just to add treat yellow dot as middle and work out where the green dots should be.

I'm playing the game, using Gamezebo's walkthrough when needed. I'm enjoying it. I must admit that I wish there were voices, but outside of that, I think it's a nice fantasy. Not award winning, but okay, Teddo

I played it a little while ago and really enjoyed it thumbsup

"No voices" doesn't bother me at all though. If game is good, I hardly notice.
And anyway, I still play oldies from the days before voices were ever available lol

oops Should be saying this on the Adventure Board blush

I am using Chief's walkthrough and I got stuck at the sarcophagus puzzle. No way could I get anything to line up, even after I went back and checked the pot again. I was ready to give up on the game when I went back to the puzzle and this time (I am not sure why I did this) I made myself shrink to the small size and then I tried working the puzzle. Before I knew what happened the door opened and Eve went through it and the game went on, much to my surprised delight! I have no idea if this always happens or if I did something and it was a very lucky fluke. I'm passing this experience on just in case it can help anyone who may be thinking of giving up on the game. Maybe it will work for others, too.

Hello sierramindy. Indeed thanks for the tip. If I can reinstall the game, I will have to try that trick of yours. thumbsup

Frankly I have absolutely no idea why this worked, or even how it worked, I just stumbled into it. All I really know is that the door opened and I was once again on my way.
BTW, I released the living creature in the mine although the walkthrough doesn't mention doing that, it just says, "Nothing much." I used the hairpin to open the cage. Later on the creature is seen by the blacksmith and he calls it a *splanch* or something like that. Reason I'm mentioning this is that I'm worried that maybe by freeing it I did something that will stop me later on in the game because I did it too early? I have just made it through the portal into the city so I don't know what comes next and if I'm on the right track or have already gone astray.

sierramindy, as you said, it is not mention in the WT. I would think that it will stay with the blacksmith as all creatures from a world, if I remember good, did not follow in the next world.

Good luck and thanks again for the info.

Edit: in the City, start by talking with the people at the fountain. That will give you a couple of things to do.

Thanks, Chief, I can now stop worrying about that splanch! Now what has me perplexed (not worried yet) is how did I get a carburetor in my inventory when I don't remember clicking on one. I have seen the Cadillac, but can't pass by it or fix it with the carburetor. I'm busy doing other things for now, so maybe I will find out about that later on. I'm not stuck ... yet.

Hi,
I am up to the place where you have to shrink the egg. I used the shrink spell once, and thought it would remain in my magic list. Now I need it to shrink the egg, and all I have is telekinesis spell. Any ideas??

Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks in advance!!

HorseDancer, if you go back to a save game before you tried to shrink the egg, do you still have the spell at that point?

For some crazy reason I still had the book, even though I had used the shrink spell to get under the door. think

So I had to go back to giving the book to the witch to get the spell again. Now I have to remember what needs to be done, but it should be easier this time happydance

Thanks for your help. I love this game. Reminds me of the old King's Quest games only much better graphics!
