i wish i would have known about the timed puzzles in this game. might have made a difference in starting. i really like this game until now. i am stuck in the chapel on the pillar puzzle. madeleine keeps being over powered by the posion. i can't get my mouse to work fast enough nor get the right letters to work on the pillars. i'm almost done and it would be a shame not to be able to finish. if at all possible can i get a save for this part, and also how to get in the game. working with xp. i'm so frustrated. please HELP!

You can save at start, go through one puzzle as fast as you can and then saved the game.
Go to the next puzzle learn what it entails, practice it and then go back to a saved game and play fast.
Then next puzzle...
This gives you ample time for all the puzzles.

after trying for a couple days, i've spent enough time on these pillars. i tried to put the save you had sent me in the game. it didn't show up. i then tried to change the user as was mentioned above. i still couldn't find it.
i have re-booted,changed users and anything else i can think of and it's not showing up anywhere. HELP!!

First you should correctly renumber it to be the last saved game in the profile.
Then look for it by dates.
Check it you can open it using another profile or user.
These are the 5 planetary icons under the picture in the load screen.

i changed the number. i don't understand how you would get the date in their. the other saves don't have dates just a number. i was at save 37 so i changed it when i renamed the folder to 38. for the life of me i can't figure it out. i checked and rechecked the dates and they were all my saves.

Have you checked the other profiles I mentioned on the post above?
