Hi Judy, Let's wait for someone currently playing the demo to help us here.

Judy, Forrester should have the first lecture early in the morning.

Thanks, mcc. Kate, that's candies that you need, not candles. You'll find some candy in the lobby.

Hi Sherryah, Use the parchment on the book that's on the desk - then shelve the book. Bernard's walkthrough is HERE

I haven't played the demo, but have just had a peek at the walkthrough. Is there a different bell in the laundry room (not the broken one)?
I'm not sure about the wine cooler, we'll have to wait for someone who's played through this part.

I got stuck when I needed the wine cooler, too.
It is very easy to miss, althogh it just sits there in front of you - in the middle of the bardesk. Its form is more like small bucket, though, you know, the ones used to cool champagne.
Don't forget the flashlight, though, and to use it also...

Thanks everyone who are taking the time to help me. I got the icebucket already and didn't know it was called a wine cooler. LOL
Now for the part I am stuck in. Please tell me exactly how to get that bell to ring? I need the chinese guy to take his laundry out of the washing machine so I can make my pink robe.
I already tried to use the bottle cap opener on the broken bell in the laundry room. What do I combine or use?
Thanks in advance, I look forward to purchasing the full game and playing along with all of you.
Sherryah
