Help I'm in tha train compartment no 7 with Greta Ohsson she's just told me she gave the american woman a powder for her head ache, I thought the train was supposed to slam on the brakes I've done this about 4 times, nothing is happening, she just keeps saying the same things over and over. Do you have a save for here please? I do not want to start again. Beginning to think I am going mad.Thanks hope you can help me.

This means that you have missed something: not checked all the cabins, picked up all the items, read all the documents or used the lens on the inventory items.
Best to go back and check everything. This game is picky. If you missed something, it will be difficult to move forward.
