Hello, I am playing sinking island and I need help with putting the two pieces of the drop letter from Nolent to Isabella. It will not allow 2 pieces on the documents square together. Any help is appreciated. Sunita

Hi maxcat, There's no key for the library, you will only ever be able to enter when Nolent is inside the room. Nolent must be elsewhere right now - check the character database for his current location, if you need to speak with him.

The game is fairly non-linear so you can have several mandates open at the same time. As you progress and discover new evidence you'll open up new dialogues, and then be able to close out older mandates. Have you spoken again with Lorenzo and Nolent to see if they have anything new to say? Perhaps check against the walkthrough to see if there are any items you've missed, or conversations with other characters that could shunt the game along. The mandate squares are on the far left of the clues database page and are lettered to help you place evidence. I think the picture squares are titled "Pic", and material squares "M".

Yes, carry on exploring and speaking to different characters, and hopefully that will open the game up. Also check the Compare screen in any of the mandates you currently have unsolved - there may be new items there that you can match up and form new evidence. Clicking on a puzzle piece will open up any unfinished mandate, it is possible to have two or more running at one time.

Have you compared the wheelchair fingerprints to those of Ba'i'na? Do you have the footprints of both Ba'i'na and Nolent? Also, do you have the jacket scrap, and have you compared it with the grey jacket? Have you found Ba'i'na's beads?

Glad you got through the mandate.
What problems are you having with the gun rack?
