You can't take the collar off until Paloma is taken "underground" to a cell.

The basement and the antidote, you will encounter those later in the game.
Inside the truck there's a small key and in the back of the truck a locked toolbox ....

The traps in the hallway are trip wires, make them visible using the disinfection spray, then you can cut them with a knife.

no ive done that. its to go into the basement. i dont know what to do with the holes

I'm not quite sure which holes you mean. Did you switch off the electricity in the switch box at the fence?

At the moment there's nothing you can do in the basement. You have to go to the computer.

You know where the computer room is, right? What's the problem, the trap? It would really help if you would tell a bit more!

i know where the computer room is but cant go there because there is a trap at the bottom of stairs and in front of the basement door

I'm with you, tree66. I don't enjoy being frustrated this much ... think I'll go back to Yoomurjak, at least there's hope there

That's what I've said before, use the disinfection spray and the the knife on the trip wires. Do the same with the trap at the library entrance.

I'll download the game this PM when I clear some computer time.
Then we'll see if I don't get any stumpers. Then I'll replay and write.

Good luck MaG, this not an easy game to write a WT for. Some parts are non-linear and often there are alternative solutions.

Speaking of alternatives, tree66 what you can try to do is use a medi-kit on yourself in inventory and walk through the trap.
