I just downloaded this game and when I play it, it comes up in a small window on the screen. Is there some way to enlarge it to fill the whole screen (or most of it)?

Where did you download it from?
If it plays in DosBox, then just hit ALT+Enter

If you got it from Gog.com, then it will automatically play in ScummVM and play in a large window by default.
