After he left I opened the balcony and I got the blood sample from the railing, I also attached the speaker to the console, was I supposed to do all that before Hawker arrived?

You can do that anytime.
Once you have the objective of trying to get his help and you have tried the computer - call Claire for lowdown on him.
Then talk to him and get into an argument.

Oh GOD I'm freaked out, LOL...The killer has me trapped in the lab, after he calls me time goes so fast and I can't find the cold storage where I'm supposed to hide behind a body? Where is that? And does the time clock stop running after I hide? Please help....

Yes, it stops.
Just be warned - there are more of these tense - intense and more intense time puzzles to come. Be sure to save your game at start of timer.

As for the storage - go right of the printer and see the cold storage door.

I usually do not 'freak out' in games but I did twice. Glad I finished the game.

Umm, I read this on MaG's walkthrough

"Shelter door: Check the door to the shelter behind the moved shelf left of the tank at other side of the room.
Look close at the panel left of door. It has a special outlet.
Enter through the door and see the fire blocking the way. Turn to the panel that is missing control button.
Use the wheel on the panel. Turn it and the fire is off."

So on which panel do I add the wheel? Is not on the same panel that is on the left side of the door that is beside the tank, right? So where's that panel? Sorry I'm kinda slow lol

So after seeing that panel left of door - go through the door.
You see the fire.
There is only one panel by the fire and it is at right wall.
Use that panel.

U know the button for the fan is on the left side of the fan right? Whenever I'm facing the button, my computer freezes, I can't move anywhere or click on the button, is that a bug? Can I finish that part without speeding up the fan? I don't know why I can't move or press anything when I'm facing the fan's button, any ideas? Sorry for all the trouble

The cursor to get of that scene facing the fan are footsteps at bottom right of the screen. Maybe you are just missing the active spot.
You will not hear a discernible rise of the fan speed but she will mention something and the fan moves faster.
