I got it. I didn't use the plasmatron. I'm a doofus.
Thanks, Marian. I hope you like the game as much as I did.

I am buying the game since it sounds like everyone is having fun with it. I am very disappointed that there is no partial save feature though. I sent a message to the developers through their website to share my feedback. I hate having to leave my laptop on if I am in the middle of a complicated puzzle. Oh well, still sounds like a fun game.

Ramona, I think there are a lot of us that would love to be able to save at will. I hope you have fun with it anyway puppy

I almost lost it on level 16, couldn't find a hidden object even after using the plazmatron (or whatever thingy) and was thinking I wouldn't be able to finish the game, when I got the brainstorm to check out this thread from the beginning and there was the help I needed ... need to use it on 2 items at once ... of course, that was where I was making my mistake, I only used it on the desk and the chair was still in the way! I thought it was just my poor eyesight so I clicked all over that chair hoping I would hit it, twice I was even warned that some points were being taken away, which was okay with me as I never look at the score.
Thanks, BellaRosa, it was your post that let me keep on playing and enjoying the game.

To love is to be happy with!

I started the game last night and it's definitely fun. The partial save is a very small annoyance. I definitely say it's a must buy.

I'm about half done and I love the mini puzzles and the HOG part. It's for sure a keeper!

I am another who just loves this game but I've hit a brick wall. I'm back at the bar and found all the HO and knocked the fish off the wall. I know I have to fix it and put it back on the board but I'm stuck with parts on the bar which won't let me do anything The girl tells me to fix it and says to click to continue which I do. I've clicked everywhere (I think) and looked for maybe glue but nope there they sit glaring at me. Can anyone help please.

I wish I could remember this part better, but have you tried clicking on the pieces of the fish and then clicking on the board where the fish goes?

Yes Marian, I click on the pieces of the fish but they just hang around on the bar in bits. I click on a bit of fish then click on the board and the board says put the pieces of fish back. I click on Hint and it circles the board. I just know it's something simple but WHAT!!

Gwen,

Did you check the Big Fish walkthrough?

It was a great help to me but also got help from GB.

I just clicked on each piece and put them on the outline of the fish where they belonged. duh Do you want to try and post a screenshot and I'll see if something looks different on yours?

Thankyou BrownEyedTigre, I finally got it but had to go back to the level 3 times. I can only think it's a hiccup in my game. Now for goodness sake I am missing a bit when I repair the boat. I can only think it must be under a piece I've placed already and once they are in place you can't undo them. Only a minor fault in a really good game though.

I had a similar problem with the boat repair; I was convinced that a piece was missing. As it turned out, the last piece had been pushed to the very bottom of the screen such that I could barely see that it was there, with only the tiniest tip of the puzzle piece showing. Fortunately, the game recognized that the piece was still there and allowed me to drag it up to the puzzle.

Did you open the music box by clicking on the books yet? It may be in there?

I am not sure, I was trying to remember. My monitor at work is horribly dark, I will look at the screenshot when I get home. Sorry for the delay.

This had a lot of people confused on the Big Fish forums, too; you don't see the spring unless you use the plazmatron on the desk and the chair, one right after the other. After you do that, you should see the spring.

You are most welcome! I had pretty much decided that the spring was missing and I had a game glitch, until I read the explanation in the Big Fish forums about this. laugh thumbsup
