Where in the heck is the pocket knife....I did see Mags walkthru that says by the dead cop close to the stairs.....but unless i have cataracts.....i cant see it....even if i pull out the metal detecter....i do find an old can.......pleeeeeeeeeeze help

Take the pocket knife beside the body of the man on the screen at left and across the stairs.

Se the picture below - that is where the pocket knife is.

I'm in the back yard, standing by Curtis' body at the metal grating. I'm supposed to use the pocket knife on his right hand and get a finger (yuck). But when I click in on the close up, I just keep getting the words about the letters on his glove.

I must have missed something along the way, but can't think what it is. Any ideas?

wow...i have played many adv games but my stupidity on this one....yikes......in my view, i could only see the three cops....i just had to walk out farther......sheeeeeeeeesh......thank you

menahune - you can get that icky thing only after you click on that box that needs ID (surveillance room) using fingerprint. She will say that hers will not work.

so i was in the control box ...put in the remote control then code etc as Mags walkthru says.....i didnt take out the remote tho as the walkthru didnt say to....then i called the killer.......he answered the first time....small talk....i then called him back...he doesnt answer....and she says..."Fkkk's not answering" hhahhha...she only says that once and it is even subtitled also....i then went back ...took the remote and called the killer.....then it all played out.....cool hey,...;)

I have used the remote and the numberpad and got that right. However when I try and call with my smartphone I cant find the number to make the call. I have checked in my contacts and nothing.

At the back of the house, go to extreme left - maybe close to the fence. Then try to call. The number should be there and can be found by scrolling.

I'm in the dumbwaiter and have put the iron thread on the bottom fuse, but the dumbwaiter isn't going down. did I miss something?

Check that you have done all in sequence as follows:

We're inside the dumbwaiter. Exit again and go down to the power box at the electric chair room.
Take the small bulb right of the lit one. Go back upstairs and inside the dumbwaiter. Use the bulb on the socket above the panel.
Use the surgical instrument on screws of the panel. See 3 fuses. Use the surgical instrument on the metal plate above the fuses.
Use the iron thread on the bottom fuse to move the dumbwaiter to the first floor.

coming down the home stretch now, and stuck again

I'm in the Killer's House Oct.2008 - after the flashback, got the keypad, timer stopped. Next I should click on the tank right of the shelter door, but I can't find the shelter door. Going round and round, finally went upstairs thinking I'd go out by the kitchen door, but he got me there.

The plot gets better and better!
