Picman AKA BFG GUY, announced in the forums yesterday that we are bringing back the TGT's to BFG. I know a lot of people missed that feature and Big Fish has listened to the consumers.

While research and focus groups are great, they do not always fully inform us to what the best decision to make for ALL customers. In the spirit of always learning, not only will we offer members the exciting new World Premiere Exclusives (WPEs), but will be bringing back Tomorrow's Game Today as a member benefit.

While many members love and prefer the WPEs, we have had ongoing dialogs with several long term customers who loved TGT's who felt emotionally "let down" by the absence of TGT. Thus in the spirit of doing what our customers are asking for and "listening" instead of just "informing"...we will be giving you BOTH!

Due to our new administration tools we cannot just turn them on, so it will be a few weeks, but they are coming back!

We do listen to all perspectives. Thank you for sharing your views so we can continue to improve our offering.

Oh yeah...we will also bring back the "Credits Remaining" to the home page as well.

Thank you for this news. I also missed the TGT faction of BFG. I was keeping quiet about that because I thought perhaps it was a business decision based on factors that I really didn't need to know. I appreciate the fact that BFG is by far the most generous and kind game site I have found, but I also realize that it is a business and must be looked upon as such in many of the decisions that are made. So thanks for bringing it back and lots of us will be comforted to see the familiar option.

I love having the credits on the homepage. And the TGT was something I missed. I understood that really the amount of games was pretty much the same, but I did like the way TGT worked.

But good step forward and even though basically things were the same - the appearance to members was not and made the site less user friendly.

Glad things moving back in right direction

I know I'm going to get a lot of flak for writing this as I did when I said that I thought the joining and cancelling Game Club as soon as you bought a game was ridiculous.
I decided to give it a try. It is easy and I can get more games for my money. The only complaint is that I get three e-mails every time. One is thanking me for joining the Game Club. The second is comfirming my cancellation and the third is Confirmation of my purchase. I guess that's not considered annoying.

This is a wonderful compromise from big fish. I did miss both those features, especially knowing my credits.

Thank you BFGuy and Margie - this is great news. I must admit that I stay up until after 12:00 just to see the next days game and really missed that feature and I also missed seeing how many game credits were left so I knew when to bring out the credit card again lol

Well I'm glad I wasn't the only one who missed it. I thought it was just that I was getting too old to adjust to change... had too many of those lately....:) I loved the Tomorrow's Game Today feature! I find the new "games area" very congested and hard to find what's new and what's been out for a while. I almost downloaded a game I already had downloaded.

I was a bit hesitant to come here and complain about it in fear that everyone else loved it. Glad I'm in such good company.

Thanks for letting us know Margie. It was so boring without the TGT I can go back staying up all night since they are 6 hours behind my time zone. Thanks BFG Guy here is another member that is well pleased. When we buy or see the world exclusives ahead of time, there is no suprise for the members daily. Showing the The game tomorrow gives the paid members back the perk we all missed.

I'm still very confused as to why no one waited up to see the new game of the day? What exactly is the difference if it's in the right side called Tomorrows game today, or Todays game in the left side? No matter what, you had no idea what it was going to be.

Ana, Maybe I can explain it easier this way. The members were able to always see the game not only for today but the game for the next day also. It was like seeing two new games at the same time. Does this make sense now? So this means the members now get to see the world exclusives first as well as TGT. So since I live in Europe of course the game didn't change until the time zone in Seattle changes so that meant I had to stay up very late into the wee hours of the morn. As we say in Ireland.

But you never saw two new games on any day. All you ever saw new was TGT since the game of the day was yesterday's game moved over. You always had only one new game a day, which is exactly what you have now. The only difference is what it's called, there will not be any more games, and there will still be only one new game a day.

I got to see the next day game earlier than before as a member. Normally it was shaded out for non paid members. I guess I am still not explaining it right. Just know that I missed this perk like the others. I will let someone else explain it better than me.

The biggest problem perhaps is the games are no longer released at midnight. The new game used to get released on the clock- now it is about 15-20 miniutes late but could be confusing people combined with the other changes.
