Exit th clinic gate and look to your right.
Across the street and diagonal right see church steeple.
Just enter the wall area and click - Holmes will make a comment.
You do not need to enter the church.

Oh Gee, cigar. That will be repeated through out the game on all murder victims.

Can you not slowly follow the walkthrough? If you don't do them, you miss out on a lot of the game.

Use third person view. You will see her on second floor window. Just walk Commercial St.

Her building sticks out a little bit (on your left as you are walking from the boarding house away from the police station)... kind of like a bay-window. When you get close and can see her, the game shows a brief video of her in the window. Good luck!

Are you heading in the right direction, cigar? From the boarding house, exit to Commercial Street and turn left. Head down the street a little way. Lucy will be looking out of a window that is fairly high up, so if you're in first person view then you'll need to angle the view up high enough to see her. There's a side street leading off closeby to your right - the boarding house is almost opposite to this side street. That should help you locate it.

Was the cabinet already open when you got there? The stick should be at bottom left of cabinet. Make sure that you spoke completely to the guy at the brothel so as to be able to identify and assemble the individual parts of the stick. luck

Check then that you spoke to everyone at the brothel, including the girl cleaning the carpet. Also that you examined the dirty footprints near the entrance inside the clinic. The cabinet should be closed when you get to it, so you may still need the trigger for this. smile
