Others will have posted to say this I'm sure, but I'm very pleasantly surprised by how well BigFish treat their customers. It reminds me of how in England once if you found one bad biscuit the manufacturer would send you a free box of biscuits no questions asked.

And BigFish face the same problems as any other software publisher does with incompatible versions of system software, and OS updates breaking things.

Their customer service is outstanding. They get my vote anyday.

For all of you who participated in the Big Fish April promotion, it would appear that at least some of the gifts are now in the process of being mailed out, as I received my Felix fleece blanket today!

Hopefully they will reach the far corners of the world soon too. - as much as I did not think I needed the blanket, I tend to foget how cool the nights can get here in dry season and it would be perfect to throw over my legs while I sit up all night playing my games LOL
