I have made it through and took the rocks off of the the metal gates by the helicopter. I made it back and when I tried to clean the path of gas the door I need to get through is sruck. Any help. Thanks

Are you at the geothermal control room and trying to go through the door with the alien script?
If so, the lever of the control panel is not completely at the bottom. One or both of them is still up.
These levers seals that door so that water goes through.
So lower both of the and then open the door.

I pulled both levers down and the door is still stuck!

Be sure that no color is seen at the middle between the 2 levers.
Also be sure that you are clicking on the alien script to open the door.
Check the window right of the control panel and see if the water is not flowing anymore.

I tried pulled the levers all the way down but the water will not stop.

Now - press the button to pull down the cover of the lever.
That should do it.
