Is anyone have trouble playing this game?
The beginning is fine and then when she is
in the room it is super slow, Is there a patch
or something I need to do to make it move faster?

I'm not aware of a patch, but it might be worth asking in Glitches.

Have you tried tweaking some of the options in your Settings at main menu? That may help a little. Check also that your computer meets the minimum requirements for the game.
