Normally we don't post the casual games here, but this new adventure lite game from BigFish just blew me away and I thought some of you die hard adventurers may just enjoy this one.

You can download Drawn: The Painted Tower here for 6.99. There is a demo there if you aren't sure.

There are no hidden objects to find like most casual adventures, the hints are built in and the story pulls you along.

The graphics are superb, the concept and story are unique, the puzzles are easy to medium yet entertaining and the voices and music are spot on and complete the game. I really can't give a downside to this game, it totally drew me in.

Just remember this is a "lite" adventure game so you won't need to engage all your adventuring skills to get through it, but I do think you'll enjoy the journey.

For other opinions, you can check out the thread in the casual forum here.

Happy GAming,
Ana wave

I totally agree with you, Ana! What a great game in every way. I'm playing it slowly to make it last and I checked to see if perhaps there was another Drawn game. There isn't, so I'll just have to enjoy this one.

Hi Cappy, fortunately, it's their new series, so there will definitely be another one. I can't wait, I just loved everything about it.

I downloaded this the other day but not played it yet..looking forward to it! I started playing Casual games last year (from BF)because seemed like at the time not too many Adventure games out at that time i was interested in...AND because several of you 'boomers seemed to enjoy them so much. I haven't regretted it!..I also think BigFish carries the best games and excellent customer support.

Drawn is such a charming game. It is adventure lite, I suppose. But, some of the challenges required some definite thought and perhaps an attentive eye. I think some unique twists also to form and function within many of the puzzle designs.

It will be quit nice when the next chapter arrives. I certainly will get it.

Well done, Big Fish Game Studios. smile

The demo is really good. I'm ashamed to admit I got seriously stuck two times in it. Maybe this proves that there is not such thing like an adventure game that is easy for everyone as everone approaches situations (and puzzles) a bit differently. smile

Awesome game. I just finished it. Lots of puzzles I had to skip because of my colorblindness, but I plan to play them again if I can get my 'normal' sighted neighbor to help me identify the colors. Major fun game and loved the stages of hints built in and no timed stuff and skipping the puzzles before you pull all your hair out. Hope there is a sequel and hope that the game producers make more of this type just for ME.

They sent me a postcard about the game with the web address on it. I was very surprized. I've never received any mail about a game before... It certainly encourages me to buy it! yes

It's a download Tomer so yes, you click on Buy Now and then it will download. Or you can download the demo first and buy later if you like it.

Sharon, glad you enjoyed the postcard, I got one too.

I just played this top to bottom last night.

I love the concept and the graphics. Overall a very enjoyable game.

Most of the "real" puzzles though seem out of place. The game looked like like it was designed for a child until you got to the big puzzles and then seemed to jump several age categories in difficulty.

It was also way too short compared to other games in a similar class.

Other than that though quite an astonishing game.

Second game I got from BF that the demo ended while I still had time left. Doesn't matter I was going to buy it anyway. Then when I used club credit I was surprised that it made me redownload the game instead of just unlocking it.
