Is this a new game from Bigfish that you're talking about? Disney, there was a promotion on BigFish awhile back that if you purchased certain games within a particulat time frame, you would get a keychain or mousepad etc. Ana

I was wondering when those keychains were going to start arriving. I'm dying to get mine.

Received my keychain today, it's a little work of art and detail....even the magnifying glass has a tiny lens. Thanks Big Fish!

Rosa, I see folks from all over the world posting they received them. As I understand from previous postings you have stated that getting stuff in the mail with your post office is iffy. Perhaps they are the reason and not BigFish. Ana

No, Ana - My primary address with BigFish is in fact Jersey, in the Channel Islands.... and no problem with getting my mail safely there.....Hmmm....I will contact those wonderful people at Customer Support to see what they say.

The year is apparently not consistent. When I joined they had different levels and I changed which apparently reset the date. Then when they changed to the new club they changed my starting date again.
Casual Game Club Membership May 12 2008 Super Game Club Membership June 9 2008 Big Fish Game Club Membership May 14, 2009
Never got the fish. Apparently they're counting from May 14, 2009 instead of original date I joined May 12, 2008.

Never got the fish. Apparently they're counting from May 14, 2009 instead of original date I joined May 12, 2008. Guybrush, you are eligible for Felix as soon as you have had 12 months of continuous Game Club membership. BFG-Guy said that when Big Fish canceled everyone's tiered membership status back in May and began the new 6.99 per game for everyone, that they certainly would not begin everyone over again from there as it applies to the 12 months, and that to do so, in his words, would be "horrible." So, you need to look at what month you began the Game Club where afterward you have remained a Club member for 12 continuous months, and that would be your anniversary date that qualified you for Felix. If you don't hear anything about receiving a Felix after about 12 weeks from that date is past, we have been told to write to Customer Support to make sure that we are on the list to receive one in their next shipment.

I have had continuous membership for two and a half years now, and I have still not received my plush Felix. I have also written to CS 5 times, and have been told 5 times that my Felix would be on the next shipment. It never is I live in the UK, and jokingly told CS that I believed the UK is being discriminated against, and it really was a joke, which they took in good part. 6 weeks ago, I was told that it would be on its way, and I am still waiting. I have received my keychain this week, and have received everything else sent to me, so postal address is not an issue. I believe BFG Customer Support to be the best, second to none, and the games are the best quality, so I would never go anywhere else, and if I do not get my Felix, that won't change. I am just really, really disappointed, especially when I hear people tell me they have JUST passed 1 year membership, and have received theirs. It does seem quite unfair Linward The year is apparently not consistent. When I joined they had different levels and I changed which apparently reset the date. Then when they changed to the new club they changed my starting date again.

I understand the disappointments in wishing that one gets what others have received. Isn't it nice of a big company with so members that might be in 7 figures to try to please everyone. And give something for free even though they don't need to. It is an additional perk that is not necessary but yet they try. Those many members and each free gift costs plus the mailing and the staff to take care of them. Oh My! Big Fish!
