Iceberg Interactive has released three never seen before gameplay videos of their stunning looking adventure game for PC Adam´s Venture. The videos show the beautiful environment in which the game is set and introduce some of the gameplay options.

Iceberg Interactive is also announcing today that the PC version of Adam’s Venture: The Search for the Lost Garden has gone gold and will be sent out for manufacturing. The video footage is available for download HERE, HERE and HERE.



Adam’s Venture: The Search for the Lost is set for a release on October 2nd 2009 in the UK. In other countries the game will be released later in Q4-2009.

Oh dear it looks really good, but I'm with GreyFuss - Keyboards!! I'll have to get my fingers and brain working in sync again.

Thank you Carla for the heads up. Looks like a game for Lela and I. We watched the video on the Adams Venture website and then downloaded the three videos (.mpg format) from the links you give, but they won't play under Windows Media Player (went to version 11) and Winamp (new version 5.56). Anyone else having that problem?

Keyboards are Not to be feared! I've actually become a Keyboard Convert, and prefer to play games with that control scheme now Will wonders never cease?

not me I hate keyboard controls for games. WASD and I don't get along. As much as it sounds interesting I will stay with my mouse driven controls, good to see I am not alone in that realm.

Me too! It can't be released too soon for me and I pray for the patience I will need to receive the successive episodes! And hope the whole game does not cost too much too - budget concerns are important as well as great story and graphics. Wonder if it will be offered at a 'bundle' price like the Tales of MI series, mmmmm.

Maybe a maybe ... I liked the screenshots, but not the keyboard control. However, I'm getting hooked on smaller episodes rather than a full game all at once, so that's a plus.

When it says "keyboard controls" does that mean WASD or the 4 arrow keys off to the side, or both?

Keyboards are OK, am playing Harry Potter with arrow keys with left hand and mouse with right, but then I did play piano for years
I want this game ASAP......

Thanks, Carla! I have added this one to my list. I don't mind keyboard controls (though I don't prefer them ); I only hope it won't be action oriented. Other than that, I can't wait.

Thanks Carla and marie, I have just ordered from Play.com also pre-ordered the new Chronicle of Mystery-the Tree of Life. Christmas is coming early this year!!

Edit: Play.com have the 2nd October for a release date. Also noticed this is episode one, does this mean future episodes will be available as downloads??
