The pictures - either for headshots or for the icons - should be uploaded in the order that they appear on the list provided and in inventory.

Use the clues provided to determine the order of the photos. If you're playing Senior Detective, check your journal for Rachel's hometown and subject. If you're playing Junior Detective, they will be listed in the clues.

Once the photos are in the correct order, you can work on the hometowns and subjects.

Need advice - do I need to start over?

I'm fairly far in the game collected 3 "stars", done the webpage logic problem, squirrel problem, all but 1 photo, found Rachel's secret. Anyway, the problem is that I used the key at the beginning of the game to open the cellar. I didn't realize I was supposed to use it on the silverware cabinet. Anyway, it's gone and I can't find any way of getting into the cabinet. I know I have to solve the silverware puzzle to get another "star" so I assume that I can't complete the game without that key. I even tried to go back to the cellar door to see if it was on the ground to pick up, but it's snowing hard and if it's there, it's under the snow.

Advice?

There are 2 keys.
One taken after completing the snack shop the first time and the other is inside the closet across the snack shop. You have to turn on the lights in that closet.
Use that one for the display cabinets.

Looked in the closet several times, but didn't realize there was a light. Thanks so much!!!!

Help can not find the Oklahoma puzzle piece so I can finish the raven puzzle have look under desk but nothing is there. maxwell

Have you been wakened up by the phone and the cell phone dropped under the table already?

If so - check again, it's pretty small. You should get the phone, the note and the puzzle.

Also check inventory, it might be hiding in there.
