Double check the letter puzzle.
Also check everything in that desk at police station.

Thanks Mag, I am now having problems with the grid puzzle that ends up looking like an arrow. All the numbers round the outside are completely different to what is on your w/t. Across the top they are all different and they are different down the side. I have done the puzzle exactly as it is in the w/t but nothing happens. Can you help please. Gwenda

Gwenda, I'm afraid the majority of people had the grid the way the walkthrough is pictured and only a handful of others got a different one. We used to have a photo here of it but the member deleted it so I can no longer access. i'll see what else I can find, but i looked a few weeks ago for someone else with no luck.

If you email me a screenshot or post a link to it, I can help you. The directions for screenshots are stickied on the top of the forum.

Sorry I haven't replied but not been well.I have managed to do the grid, it looks a bit like an elephant. I am now well and truly stuck trying to put the light together in Linden Hall. I cannot find the stem on the right hand side. It isn't the one that is under the green bush and the ones marked on the vase at bottom of the stairs, it seems to be the one at the front as I have had the one from the middle. Can anybody help? I have tried taking a print screen but all I get is my desktop picture!Gwenda

Click on all the Xs and see which one would show the stem.
