Hi gang!

I must have done something wrong as my arrest warrant for Martin Tanner keeps getting denied.

Having consulted with a couple of walkthroughs it seems that the only thing I'm missing is the Lab results for the car window. However, when I sent the car window off in the first place, I was informed the Lab could not help me without the gun that fired the bullet......

I've tried to re-submit the evidence but keep getting told I've already submitted it and cannot submit it again.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I haven't played this game, but looking at Len Green's walkthrough it states:

If you fail to obtain either a search warrant or an arrest warrant, enter your case file again and look beneath the box marked “Supporting Evidence & Witnesses”. The number of your correct items is always listed there. By adding &/or subtracting different icons , you can fairly easily determine which are necessary and which are not.

In this walkthrough an occasional item may be listed which is not essential … but don’t take that for granted. If you enter ALL those listed you are certain to get your warrant!

Thank you for the reply. Turns out the evidence I thought 'car window' referred to was actually evidence labelled 'bullet hole'.

Because the bullet hole was in the car window, this was the reason I was confused!

Ah well, on with the game!
