Jonathan is not connected to the publishing, delivery and processing of the games sent out by Iceberg (even his own game). So he won't have any knowledge of what you are asking.

What I don't understand is this; When I e-mailed Mr.Fisher about the game I bought,he recognised my order rather quickly and e-mailed me back. So what is the difference between Jonathan and Mr.Fisher?

Developers make the game.
Publishers get the game after the creation and publishes-sells-distibutes the games.

Some developers like Bill Fisher makes and sells their own games.
Jonathan has sold his own games before (the first release of Dark Fall I) but has then let others-companies publish his other games. In the case of the Lost Souls, it had been posted that the game is published by Iceberg. So he does not have knowledge of the selling of the game.

For example books, the authors write the book; publishing houses like Simon and Schuster publish the book. The authors do not know who orders the books or which stores (like Amazon) are the outlets.

Yes but surely Jonathan would answer someone e-mailing him from his facebook. That is his page which connects directly to him. I don't understand why he would ignore a customer like myself. I'm just trying to find out when they are going to send out from over there. The Iceberg page say's "out of stock" what does this mean-out of stock?

I am sure Jonathan has his plate full with the projects he has going. One person can only do so much.

Certainly they have not run out of copies
