I'm interrogating Kathy & I'm supposed to get her cell phone after I ask her if she saw Lynn after she was killed & she says no, I present her with the evidence I found in her closet the glass shard. She's supposed to blame it on Charlie & give me her cell phone but nothing happens. Can someone help me what did I miss. Thanks

Have you joined that glass shard you found in the closet with the other glass shards in the Materials lab?

Can you try or replay from joining that shard to the rest and then moving it around to see if they are joined. Then do the interrogation.
In the interrogation read all the evidence because sometimes there are slight difference in the tags.
Also it might shake the stumper.

I wonder if you got the footprint of Charlie and made a cast. Then click on the gouge in that shoeprint.

I have the same problem as above. I have made a cast of the shoe print, but I cannot find this cast.

Be sure to click on the gouge on the shoeprint when you made it - or go back outside that apartment and check again the footprint.

I restarted the 1st case and now I have the cell phone and everything it was mia culpa, I have forgotten to analyse some blood samples.
