I am following the walkthrough for this game and am in the ticket booth trying to call the police but when I dial the number on the wall for the police I get an out of order recording. Did I miss doing something?

There are several instances in the game where you need to call the police. Can you tell us more exactly whereabouts in the game you are?

UHS Hints says that you can alternatively dial 911 instead of the number posted above the telephone, so try that instead, see if that works.

Thank you. That was it. I guess this game was made before we had to start using area codes with the numbers.
