i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get the citation letter on case 4?

in the walk through it says....Capt. Brass talks to Riley about Manoto. Get a citation- warning letter to fix pipe.
well its my other half playing the game and when she gets to this bit there is a piece of paper on the table or summert that she cant pick up? We dont know if shes missed summert or there is a clith in the game. She has restarted the level and doesnt think she has missed anytjing going by the walkthrough.
its very frustratin to say the least lol

Jojo,

To get the citation letter be sure that you got the prints on the gas can and furnace pipe you found in the boiler room.
Then you should ID those 2 prints as coming from Dr. Manoto. Keep us posted.

There seems to be a glitch where catherine willows has to just appear in interrogation room

Which case are you working on, and whereabouts are you in the case? Is it an actual technical glitch (a freeze or crash), or something within the game not triggering?
