I'm with you Richard....I am liking the game so far, but I am also at the house, in the beginning, and I'm stuck as to what to do as well. I haven't found the amulet yet, but the woman has disappeared and now I'm just wandering around. I did find the red donkey game, and wow that's a killer. Can't do it for the life of me. But....I'll keep trying and hopefully there will be a walkthrough in English soon. Great Game though, can't wait to move on.

The red donkey game is just a game into the game. It's not imperative to solve it

Thanks grelot04...it's nice to know that I don't have to complete the red donkey game to complete the game. I thought maybe I needed to do it in order to move forward. It makes me feel alot more comfortable knowing I don't have to...maybe now that the pressure is off, I can finish it. I will visit the site with questions. I've actually been there quite few times already and enjoyed my time....you'll be hearing from me.

Monday, January 25:

A new (and I think final) version of the game is available:
- The plan of the maze of roads at the beginning of the game now includes 2 indices which allow, with a little observation, to identify where you come from and where you have to go.
- A few remaining bugs, minor and non-blockers have been corrected.

Even if you started the game, you can replace your old "Amertis" with this version. Your saves will not suffer and be kept.

I am downloading the new version now- do I understand correctly that I should download and replace the file or should I remove the old version and put the new one in its place.. I don't want to loose my saves

Hello Winfray !

You may put the old version (the entire "Amertis" file) to the trash and then unzip the new one and... play.
All your saves will be kept because they are not in the Amertis file, they are just cookies.
Then, you have to fear your cookies cleaner, but not the new download

Thanks Greloto4--- I gotta laugh though-- I waited for your response, but it did not matter-- guess my cookie cleaner got to the saves already- - guess I will have to amend my ccleaner program LOL-- well it will be easier the second time thru fortunately for me I was not all that far

i was interessted in getting this game until i saw you'd have to fiddle with CCleaner. I am a wuss when comes to fiddling w my pc. i went to glitches because Mad had posted the question there about help on that very subject...i got to glitches, stopped to get phone, and when back...Mad's post GONE! is there any way it can be put back for those of us needing same help?

Could be your security settings are too high or IE doesn't allow some script.

The link is working fine this end. The website address is www.amertis.org . Once you're inside the English language part of the site, click on the Downloads tab and that'll take you to the page I linked to.

Works fine for me too.
