I am having issues getting the motorcycle keys out of the bowl. I can get the keys, but i can never get back up the stairs in time. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I cannot get Joe to climb out of the window. I have been downstairs and sent back up again. When I click on Joe (the blonde one)the other one will walk to the window but I cannot get either one of them to climb out the window. What do I need to do?

ajsgirl - Double clicking may speed things up a little. Be sure not to hesitate and waste seconds before moving Frank. Position him at the top of the stairs, double click to descend, immediately click on the keys to grab them, and double click to get back up the stairs to safety.
msblueyes - After selecting Joe, are you clicking on the tree for him to climb down? You might need to search for the correct point on the tree to click to get him to move.

Just to be clear - this is not the window in the boys' bedroom - you should be moving Joe to the window at the far end of the upstairs hall corridor. Is that the window you're at?

Go back downstairs - mum will catch you and send you back upstairs again. Joe and Frank will then have a dialogue about needing to climb out of the window. You should then be able to switch successfully to Joe.

The navigation takes a little getting used to. Have fun.
