After completing the Water Garden puzzle and getting on the flying boat I go back to the Transai Skyport. But instead of taking a ride to Tour the Transai Domain I meet again with Dari who then takes me back to the Companion Ship Lyra which I have already been to earlier in the game. Is this some sort of glitch?

Did you complete everything inside the Companion Ship the first time you visited there? Perhaps there's an unfinished puzzle, or further dialogue?

I remember playing that game, some time ago, but never had trouble with that portion. I tried to play it again, but I can't figure out that maze where there is fog and you drop to the bottom, then have to get to the other end.

I followed MaGs walkthrough, so as far as I know I did do/complete everything needed the first time at Companion ship. I even went back and played the Water Garden puzzle a couple of times more and each time it does the same thing.
I don't know what it is but it seems I have something wrong with just about every game I have bought/played over the last few months.
