Hi Sherryah, I have a saved game - will send across to you now. As a tip for solving the DNA puzzle, double check the connecting rods and make sure that none overlap with each other, and that there are no gaps anywhere. Everything may look fine otherwise, but it's those connectors that are the problem.

Thanks Rushes the saved game worked great! Easy to understand how to install it also. I am enjoying this game but I don't understand what I am doing wrong in the snack shop when it comes to making cookies. I just pop them in the oven wait for green light to turn off put them on the plate. What can be easier than that? yet each time Nancy says it isn't right. Any idea what I could be doing wrong in the snack shop? Please someone tell me where to get the student ID card? I need it to get into Izzy's room. I checked MaG's walkthrough and unless I am blind I do not see it mentioned there. I have done things in a different order than MaG's Walkthrough does it matter? Also does anyone have a save game for the piano? I am making a mistake and do not understand where. Thanks in advance.

Thanks MaG I hate this map puzzle and tree puzzle thus far and I I finished the tree puzzle before you did so I really hope I do not have to use the save game you sent or I will be repeating the tree over again.
What does it mean on the piano keys on your walkthrough when it shows 2 letters or numbers on a key? For instance it says A2 with numbers 6 2 on the same key? I don't know which key to hit.

Follow the order of the blue numbers, 1 to 7, in sequence. You're seeing 6 and 2 on one piano key because that key is played twice.
