Hi Sherryah,

I have a saved game - will send across to you now. smile

As a tip for solving the DNA puzzle, double check the connecting rods and make sure that none overlap with each other, and that there are no gaps anywhere. Everything may look fine otherwise, but it's those connectors that are the problem.

Thanks Rushes the saved game worked great! Easy to understand how to install it also. I am enjoying this game but I don't understand what I am doing wrong in the snack shop when it comes to making cookies. I just pop them in the oven wait for green light to turn off put them on the plate. What can be easier than that? yet each time Nancy says it isn't right. Any idea what I could be doing wrong in the snack shop?

Please someone tell me where to get the student ID card?
Click to reveal..
I need it to get into Izzy's room.
I checked MaG's walkthrough and unless I am blind I do not see it mentioned there. I have done things in a different order than MaG's Walkthrough does it matter?

Also does anyone have a save game for the piano? I am making a mistake and do not understand where. Thanks in advance.

Cookies: Sounds like you're doing it correctly.
When cookies are ordered, take the cookie dough from fridge. Click dough on Cookie-oven at bottom left, close door and later take the baked cookie when the light turns green.

Student ID: From the walkthrough -
Go to Rachel and give her the calculus notebook.
Take the Formal Victorian Dining: The Right Fork for the Menu book.
Read the book and learn the different fork, spoon and knife used in a Victorian Menu.
Take a student ID card at page 41 of the book.

The order does not matter.

Piano: Read the journal's comments about the lamp and the piano first. Then read the The Musical Notation: Piano book and examine the lampshades.
Then play the low bass keys on the left side of the jeyboard and the coloratura keys on the right side of the keyboard. The picture solution is in the walkthrough.

Thanks MaG I just found the student ID and found what it was not the cookie problem it was the fact that I kept toasting the bagels and sometimes that isn't required.

Now my only problem is the piano. when it says more than one number on the keyboard of the walkthrough does that mean I push the long black keys instead of white keys? LOL you can tell I do not know anything about playing the piano. I saw the lamp and read musical notation piano book examined shades still stuck here though. If you could send me the save game I would appreciate it.

Glad that you found what's holding you back selling food.

As for the numbers in the picture solution - no - hit the numbers in order. Theya re all on white keys.

The saved game is also on the way. BUT my game is in different sequence that yours as seen by the questions you asked above.

Thanks MaG
I hate this map puzzle and tree puzzle thus far and I I finished the tree puzzle before you did so I really hope I do not have to use the save game you sent or I will be repeating the tree over again.

What does it mean on the piano keys on your walkthrough when it shows 2 letters or numbers on a key? For instance it says A2 with numbers 6 2 on the same key? I don't know which key to hit.

Follow the order of the blue numbers, 1 to 7, in sequence. You're seeing 6 and 2 on one piano key because that key is played twice.
