Hi Grandma, The full phrase can be read after assembling the pieces of paper found in the bin outside the pier shack, and using the unwrapped toy on that completed paper. The first two words are:

I used the game piece on the cardboard and came up with the missing letters ....7 mmraies. I didn't get the show me answer. There were three words there. I want to use the computer and can't get the two words to get in.

I'm not sure why you're getting those letters, but here's the full phrase you need to use. You should be able to enter that into the computer without assembling the cardboard scraps:
packed with 7 vitamins found in meat chem bios cereal is a creepy treat
Type it in exactly as it appears for casing and spacing, with no punctuation. Also avoid leaving any extra spaces at the end.

Your game package should contain some extra documents as well as a pack of 3 plastic spiders. The spiders can be used with one of the documents to help you solve the box puzzle. By speaking to Tara, she will give you three cards in turn, and you should make a note of the symbol on each one. One of the documents in your game package has a circular decoration with similarly shaped symbols. This is the document you use with the plastic spiders. Place one spider on each of the symbols Tara gives you. By counting how many coloured flashing orbs there are after completing the orb puzzle, you now know how many spaces to rotate the spiders from their original spots. Make a note of the new symbols after you have clockwise-rotated the plastic spiders. Those new symbols can now be entered onto the spider box in your inventory.

Hi Gloria,
Are you at the spider temple already? I'll send you a save after this part. On its way to you now.

Ah ok, you're still at the witch's house. In that case, don't use the save I sent as you'll miss a chunk of the game. The orbs are in a locked drawer in the other room. You need to find the key to open the drawer. In the room with the witch, examine the area to your left, there's a small table with a box. Solve the puzzle box (it's a Match 3 type puzzle) to obtain the key for the drawer. Examine the paper on top of the locked drawers where the orbs are, it'll give you a clue. Then go and give the orbs to the witch. See my post a little way up the page for an explanation on how to set the spider box in your inventory correctly.
