Anne is stuck in the cage in the tree, and although I make it swing and swing, she can't get the stick- is there some trick to it? Please help.

Swing by placing the cursor as close to the edge as possible. Keep the cursor in that place and then click hold when the swing moves to the other side. Once to the other side release the swing so it swings back. Click again on the stationary cursor several times until the cage reaches the maximum reach to that side. Then immediately move the cursor to make it an Active Cursor and click on the active branches on the right and Ann will automatically get a stick.
Move the cursor to the beehive side and do a similar procedure. Keep the directional arrow stationary and then click-hold to make it swing to the max reach on this side. Now move the cursor to make it active and click. Ann will automatically hit the beehive.

Suggest you follow the advice given above and be sure the cage completely covers the stick and beehive before you click on the active area to pick it up. If you just can't get it to work I would be happy to do it for you. Just post to let me know.
