I had 4 mirrors done before I purchased the game.

I decided to go ahead and play it tonight and my profile was gone

I am pretty darn sure I played another mirror after purchasing.

Has this happened to anyone else?

No one complained on the Mirror Mystery thread Linda. Sorry you lost your progress. Could it be you started a new profile?

I too thought it was strange. The only thing I had done was to run CCleaner? Surely that wouldn't take away my profile

No, I opened the game and it asked me who I am - no choice, I had to make a profile, so I knew the other was gone.

Ccleaner will remove flash game saves but shouldn't remove these from BigFish. I despise replaying a game, even if I like it so I feel bad you have to start over.

I have only about 40 BF games, but most I played the Demo and I have never had that problem. I have several on now that I had played the demo and when I bought it, my name was still there, and nothing missing. I have Mirror Mysteries, but have not played it yet. Hope you find out why it does it.
