I just want a small hint as to what I am doing wrong..

I have the light bulb,bolt,rag,screwdriver,key,bottle.

I have talked to the woman, plus the woman chaser,plus the bartender...Now Nicole has to do something..BUT...I have tried everything..Am stuck

My game hasn't arrived yet, and I'm not sure whereabouts you are in the game, so we'd better wait for help. If you could give us a bit more info that would be good.

Ok...I am by the train station in the alley..There is a panel box with a symbol..I can't open..There is a man hole in the same area,I can't open...

Also I can't open the back door to the threater..Nicole says its locked..

In the bar ..In the ladies room..There is a window with bars to get into the threater....I had the nail file in Nicoles room, but now I am in NY city, and its not in my inventory..

Darleen - - wow, you have checked a lot of stuff out, but the first task is to get into the theater.

Assuming you have gotten through the grated window, you need to go to the other side of the "yard" and pick up the bucket, bricks, and rod.

Then go to the theater door and insert the screwdriver into the handle hole. Climb up and prop the window open with the rod. Then you can climb through the window into the theater.

The stuff over by the railroad tracks comes quite a bit later.

BTW, inventory items disappear once you no longer have any use for them.

I've reread your post more carefully, and now I'm thinking you haven't made it through the grated window into the "yard."

You need the fork from the corner of the counter and the gum stuck under that counter. You also need the empty salad oil bottle on the table where the bikers were sitting. Talk to Patti and she will tell you about a key to open the padlock on the grate, and she tells you where it is.

That should point you in the right direction. Let us know if you're still stuck. Happy gaming!

I hadn't got that far yet...For some reason I didn't see the padlock on the window bars...

I am having a problem in the auditorium...I can't find the correct seat..

Let's wait for help, Darleen.

Darleen, first I suggest you go to the open suitcase in the bottom right corner and select Options/Graphics. Set the Gamma up quite high - - temporarily. This will allow you to see in the very dark auditorium.

If you looked at the movie, you saw "V d" written in that odd symbol. The seating plan for the auditorium shows that the rows are labeled with Roman numerals. Thus the "V" means row 5. The "d" means the fourth seat from the left aisle.

You can set Gamma back down when you no longer need it. Good hunting!

I am going to bed now....I can't get the correct seat...I count five rows back.Then the four seat...And nothing...There are so many seats...Plus I can't see unless I use the hints icon..But the it goes dark...Real fast..

You have to turn the movie projector on first. That's what I had to do before I could find the seat.

The analysis...I am having a terrible time with the Parcel paper...How to fold it to get the numbers....

The card analysis ..I did now...its the Rocot arm manuver, and the parcel folding..

My notes has the step by step for both robot and folding.
You want pictures with the folding? Follow the notes and then use the pictures that I will process now. Wait a bit and then check your e-mail.

Darleen, did you scan both sides of the card?

If so, then run an "analysis" on both card images, face and back. Now click on the next to top circle on the back (to make it darker green) and click the top two circles on the face.

Now do a "search" to get 5 matches.

Hi, I just got the game today and started playing it ,now I'm stuck at Nicole's apartment I have to go the desk and use the phone to call Wang the lab tech. but when I click on the phone nothing happens. Have I forgotten to do something else. Please help!!!!!!!

Did you right-click on everything collected in inventory from the package - the wrapping and newspaper clipping. Examine both carefully, see the symbol drawn on one side of the wrapping. Nicole should comment.

Be sure to have picked up both bolt and bulb from the box, and right-clicked on them in inventory to examine in close-up. Nicole will comment on lettering that is hard to read. Use the magnifying glass on both and Nicole will comment. Clean the bolt to be able to read the inscription and then use the magnifying glass on it again until Nicole comments.

Then you will be able to use the phone to call Wang.
