BFG-Guy posted on the forums today that the regular version of Dark Parables will be going up this weekend as well, so it will be $4.89 for anyone who wants to pick it up!

Well, just when I thought my scorecard was full for this month,I just bought another six games! This could be deemed an addition! Guess I'll start out April using one of my free games to get Dark Parables. Hey! As it is, I don't have time to do yard work or house work. I blame it all on BFG-Guy.

I had bought 3, had a couple of credits I was contemplating using, but thought I'd wait till near the end of the month for any good $2.99 specials - like the recent Lost In The City. I'm glad I did! Will now pick up the last 3 for less than $5 each - Treasure Seekers: Ghosts, Millennium Secrets and, believe it or not, the Nora Roberts game! Ana, I was told if I wanted to purchase a game without automatically becoming a member again then I had to use the "gifting". No choice.
If I use the buy now option then I'm automatically a member again and have to go through all the canceling my membership.

So I went back and tried and was charged full price.

You become a member and cancel in the same transaction, no need to go through a special step to cancel anymore.

Ana, they told me a couple weeks ago I had to use the gift option if I didn't want to be signed up as a member.

Just went back to use the buy now, typed in springfever and it gave the price with the discount but when I clicked continue/submit it then showed I was being charged full price.

Sale is for everyone, BUT...
You have to enter the SPRINGFEVER coupon into the shopping cart to get the discout. If you are not a member and d not want to be, just uncheck that option in the shopping cart...it has no effect on the sale.

Thanks BFG-Guy, but honest, that wasn't what I was told awhile back via emails; that I had to use the gift option if I wasn't a member. I tried to tell this person that I'd never had to use the "gift" option and was able to uncheck the appropriate box, but was told it's never been that way.

I have now paid full price for a game, but oh well, so much for my spring fling.
