I'm having trouble giving bobby the bubble mixture. I filled the bubble bottle from the bucket but bobby doesn't want the mixture.

I did both. Since I used the mixture on the bird bath, I only have water is in the mixture glass.

No need to dip the bottle in both the bucket and bird bath, either one will suffice. Perhaps play this part over. Double check that you added the soap mixture.
