I'm stuck on Buck's Row. After getting my deductions I can't seem to get anywhere. I can't leave the street on either end. Where do I go next and how? Thanks. Graciey

Hi Graciey,

Try accessing your main London map and clicking on the Baker Street icon, see if that takes you back there. If you're not allowed to leave yet, that means your investigation there is still incomplete. In which case, make sure you carried out both reenactments (there are two), and that your deduction board is complete and correct.

luck If you still have problems just let us know.

I did do both the reenactments and both were green so I think that's right. I tried to go back to Baker St. but it won't let me. I don't know what else to do on Buck's Row. Watson just stands there. Thanks.

Are both frames of your deduction board complete now? You can scroll between frames from the icon at top right of your deduction board screen.

I have a save past this point if you would prefer it. smile

I can't seem to find the abandoned house after visiting Finley's boarding house. I can't find the window to climb in to fix the gas leak. Thanks. Graciey

Hi Graciey,

I merged your two threads for this game.

You need to stay in the yard where Finley is standing. The abandoned house is at the opposite side of the yard from Finley. You'll see a bench against the wall - to the left of that bench is where you place the ladder to climb up. You need to look up high to see the window.

Did you assemble the ladder completely yet?

Hi Graciey,

I merged your two threads once more. It helps us if you can stay with one thread per game - that way we can follow your play, and it avoids pushing another member's active thread off the first page. smile You can find all your posts at My Place at the top of the page. thanks

For the number box puzzle, here's a detailed explanation posted by MaG on an older thread:

There is an outside number in the square that is the same as the one on top.
That is the sum you are hitting for.
You have to enclose a set of numbers that will add to that.
Remember that you can also use the right number of a double digit as the end sum -
For example: you need to look for a set of numbers that will add up to 8.
You can look for a 4 and 4, or 3 + 3 + 2, or it can be 15 + 13.

After you have those set of numbers are enclosed in the square click the button at bottom right to enter that.
If correct, the enclosed numbers will disappear.

An alternative solution is to just click randomly around the box edges. It may take a little longer, but the end result will be the same.

luck

Hi Graciey,

I merged your threads again. wink Please remember to stay with one thread per game rather than creating a new topic each time. It really does help us, not only with following your gameplay but also on saving bandwidth. Thanks for your co-operation.

A save for the mannequins puzzle will be on its way to you in a few minutes.

Edit: Sorry, Graciey, it seems I no longer have my saves for this game. Unless someone else has a save that they can send to you after this puzzle, hopefully you are close enough to a previous save that you can replay through again.

I looked and couldn't find my other thread. I'm sorry. Graciey

My last save is too far back so help from anyone would be helpful. Thanks. Graciey

How about a save past the mannequins? Graciey

You can find all your posts by clicking on My Place at the top of the page.

Also - I merged your stacked posts. Please use the Edit button if you want to add anything to a recent post and if no-one has posted after you, rather than stacking one post on top of another within the space of a couple of minutes. Again - it helps us here with bandwidth.

Let's wait and see if anyone has a save past the mannequin puzzle for you.

Edit: I found some saved games HERE. Good luck!
