We support the site because they are trustworthy and help adventure gamers and developers.

Please contact their support.

I will also flag them to make them aware of your and the other gamers' problem.

Please try the codes again after some rest time.
It will be supported since you bought the game. So don't worry.

It seems to be an issue as of late - You'll have to email them.

Several folks (including myself) are in the same boat - hopefully, they'll get it sorted out soon.

I suspect their servers are overloaded this weekend with their sale.
That might explain why your emails aren't getting through.
***Sassafras*** is also having problems with activation and several people at ***Adventuregamers*** are as well.

Hi to all,

We sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered this weekend while you were trying to activate your games.

We have informed TAGES (DRM solution embedded with most of adventure games) of this issue.
They confirmed us this morning that their server was down due to an overload.

They are currently working out a solution to have their activation servers fully operationnal today.

I'll keep you informed shortly.

Sincerely

Damon
